Mah Sing Group won Malaysia’s Best Employer Brand Awards for two consecutive years

KUALA LUMPUR, 12 April 2016 – Premier lifestyle developer Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) was recently recognised with the Malaysia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2016. This marks the second consecutive year Mah Sing was honoured with this award.

Present to receive the award on behalf of the Group was Mah Sing’s Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources, Mr Peter Ling. The ceremony was held on 11 April 2016 at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences.

Organised by the Employer Branding Institute, the Malaysia Best Employer Brand Award will recognize top Organizations across Malaysia, who have Excellence in Building the Employer Brand as an Employer of Choice.  The Employer Brands have a distinct identity that is visible through the HR practices; polices & strategy
Speaking about the win, Mah Sing’s Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum said, “Mah Sing works actively to inspire the younger generation to grow the Company to greater heights.   We have an active learning and development department within HR to conduct training, so that each staff learns on the job and via structured training. These training programmes will help our employees achieve their optimal potentials, developing both their technical skills and their soft skills.”
