Kuala Lumpur, 30 May – Premier lifestyle developer, Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing), introduced The Toolbox, the Group’s first e-newsletter which will provide customers with the projects’ status updates.
‘The Toolbox’ is an e-newsletter specially customized to each project. With an easy to read pictorial design, the newsletter aims to serve as a periodical update to the customers on the construction progress of the projects they purchased. The e-newsletter is designed to be informative and yet easy to read.
Mah Sing has decided to roll out a digital newsletter in line with the market trend where digital channels play an important role to engage with key stakeholders. As a market driven developer, the Group strives to maintain relevance in all aspects of its offerings, from products to customer service.
Kicking off in stages, Mah Sing’s first e-newsletter with updates on D’Sara Sentral’s construction progress was sent out to the buyers on 20 May 2016.
