Kuala Lumpur, 2016 – Premier lifestyle developer, Mah Sing Group (Mah Sing) participated in MAPEX Property Showcase 2016 as one of the biggest exhibitors of the event. The five-day event held in 1Utama Shopping Centre received tremendous response from public.
Organised for the fourth time by The Real Estate & Housing Developers Association Youth Malaysia (REHDA Youth), it was reported that the entire event garnered bookings worth RM36million*.
Themed “A Better Home For A Better Tomorrow”, Mah Sing showcased five of its residential developments; The Loft@Southbay City, Penang; Caspia, M Residence 2@Rawang; Lakeville Residence, Taman Wahyu; Savanna Executive Suites, Southville City@KL South and M City, Jalan Ampang.
This exhibition took a refreshing approach with its boutique-styled exhibition where only a few selected developers were involved in showcasing residential units as compared to the large-scale exhibitions held in convention centers.
