Selangor, 23 March – Premier lifestyle developer, Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) recently held a property investment talk at Kinrara Residence Clubhouse, Puchong. The talk focused on methods maximises their income tax savings from property investment.

Dr Choong Kwai Fatt, an experienced tax and GST consultant, advocate and solicitor presented tips to be a more confident and savvy investor.

Dr Choong pointed that, “The Malaysian economy strengthening very much depends on the business community’s effort in consolidation the business strategies. Taking a ride on the 2016 Budget Recalibration announced on 28 January 2016, individual or corporate having an excess fund in savings, short term deposit, profit from the company should take the lead to invest in property, consolidating the investment to hedge against the foreign currency risks, also recapitalise capital appreciation.”
