Mah Sing Group Berhad was honoured with two international awards at The BrandLaureate Special Edition World Awards 2018

17 October, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) was honoured with two international awards at The BrandLaureate Special Edition World Awards 2018, held in Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore yesterday evening; Most Visionary Property Developer and The BrandLaureate World Brandpreneur Hall of Fame – Lifetime Achievement Award. The former signifies the Groups’ unceasing efforts in transforming the property industry while the latter acknowledges the outstanding achievements of the Group’s Founder and Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

“We are honoured to receive these awards as they highlight the hard work and effort team Mah Sing has invested in improving and transforming the industry, which in turn strengthen our brand presence in Malaysia,” said Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

In line with these aspirations, Mah Sing underwent a brand transformation last year, introducing a new corporate logo and tagline ‘Reinvent Spaces, Enhance Life’.

“The new tagline reflects our commitment and positioning in the market by constantly developing and reinventing quality and sustainable products that enhance life,” he said.

“We also believe that the property market and the nation’s economy’s health go hand in hand; thus, we have been developing affordable-priced homes since 2015 as part of our effort to enable everyone to own a home.”

Last year, Mah Sing embarked on its Reinvent Affordability campaign, covering four projects namely M Centura in Sentul, M Vertica in Cheras, M Vista in Penang and Fern phase 2 in Meridin East, Johor.

“Moving forward, we will continue to enhance the lives of our customers by developing accessible and well-planned products. We want to position Mah Sing as a big contributor for the development of affordable homes for the nation.”

“We also recently launched the ‘Desire Refer n Reward’ scheme to reward our customers for advocating our exceptional product quality and services by referring their families and friends to us.”

Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum scored a hat-trick of Lifetime Achievement Awards in 2018 which include The BrandLaureate World Brandpreneur Hall of Fame – Lifetime Achievement Award by The BrandLaureate Special Edition World Awards 2018; Lifetime Achievement Award by the Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards 2018; Outstanding Entrepreneur Award by the Nanyang Superb Brand Award held in celebration of 95 years of excellence of Nanyang Siang Pao.

The BrandLaureate Special Edition World Awards is initiated by the Asia Pacific Brands Foundation (APBF), the world’s only brands and branding foundation. It recognizes and honors brands that have demonstrated superb brand performance in their respective fields from all over the world.
