Mah Sing Celebrates Oriental Nostalgia at D''sara Sentral During Chap Goh Mei

Sungai Buloh, 2017 – Mah Sing celebrated Oriental Nostalgia at D’sara Sentral’s Sales Gallery by bringing life to the good old Chinese traditions such as the yee sang ceremony, calligraphy drawing, traditional acrobatic lion dance performance and more festivities during Chap Goh Mei.

The festive occasion gathered plenty of visitors which were interested with the Group’s D’sara Sentral development which has a direct access to Kampung Selamat station, Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) MRT Line 1. Throughout the celebration, visitors enjoyed a myriad of festivities as well as visited the show unit of OLO Residence, the final tower of D’sara Sentral which – OLO Residence – is scheduled for a launch in Q2 2017.

Mah Sing Group Berhad’s Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum with his key management team were also present to celebrate the auspicious occasion. The yee sang ceremony was made extra special as the public joined in with the Mah Sing family for a prosperous tossing session.

“We are very pleased to celebrate this Year of the Fire Rooster with our dedicated team members and all of our customers who have supported us throughout our journey in property industry for the past 23 years,” said Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong.

He further continued, “We started the year with a special CNY RM8,888 bonus, followed by our CNY interactive video and short clip which were a hit on Facebook and Youtube. In Mah Sing, we work towards delivering quality products and are constantly developing effective and innovative sales and marketing strategies. Do expect more exciting news and launches to come in the near future.”

Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT Line in operation, D’sara Sentral has direct access to Kg Selamat station

The SBK MRT Line 1 started operation in December 2016. To further enhance the connectivity, a covered walkway will be built (scheduled to be completed by July 2017) to provide direct access to the Kg Selamat station from D’sara Sentral.

Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong shared, “We have been looking forward to the completion of MRT project since the first launch of our D’sara Sentral project in 2014. We laud the government’s initiative and effort in improving the convenience of public transportation and we hope the improved infrastructure will further enhance quality of life and economy of the country. The successful delivery of the MRT project marks another milestone of the country’s grand plan to move towards being a developed nation.”

With the completion of the entire SBK MRT Line (slated to be completed in July 2017), D’sara Sentral is about only 35 minutes away from the city centre (Bukit Bintang station). The first vacant possessions (VP) of the project are the Retail Shops and SoVo tower which are scheduled on Q1 2018. The VP of the project is timely as the entire SBK MRT Line will be operational by then.

Value Appreciation due to Convenient Connectivity

D’sara Sentral project is a transit oriented development and it is one of the first few projects to be launched with a direct access to a MRT station. The MRT Line 1 service will not only add on to the convenience of the project but also contributes to the appreciation of value of the development.

According to Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (Rehda), positive response was received when Phase 1 of the SBK MRT Line was announced. With the MRT Line 1 in operation, it is expected that the value of properties near to an MRT station will increase from 5% to 10%.

National House Buyers Association further added that properties located nearer to the MRT may fetch higher rentals and have better capital appreciation. Currently, the entire D’sara Sentral development benefits from a good take up rate of more than 80%.

This convenience also puts the retail component of the development at a high visibility with a ready catchment of approximately 4,300 residents within the development as well as the nearby community.

There will be a further boost of population growth in the area as it is located near to 2,330 acres Kwasa Damansara project which is currently under development. Upon the completion of the project, it is estimated to have about 150,000 people residing in that area.

Accessible from various parts of Klang Valley with ample of nearby amenities

D’sara Sentral can be easily accessed from various parts of the Klang Valley via Jalan Sungai Buloh, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), North-South Highway and Selayang-Kepong Highway.

There are also various public amenities nearby the development such as Sungai Buloh KTM, Sungai Buloh Hospital, Tropicana Medical Centre, Sime Darby Medical Centre, ELC International School, HELP International School, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), SEGi University College, KBU international College, Sunway Giza, One Utama, The Curve, Ikea, Ikano Power Center, Subang Airport Terminal 2 and more.

First Integrated Development in Sungai Buloh with dual-key concept

D’sara Sentral is an integrated development that has both residential and commercial components with a gross development value (GDV) of RM937million on 6.55 acres of land. Comprising Retail Shops, one tower of SoVo and four towers of Serviced Residences, the project is set to be a key location due to its direct access to the MRT station.

It is the first project in Sungai Buloh area to feature a dual-key concept for its residential units. There is a total of 150 dual key units in tower SB1 and OLO Residence with built ups starting from 855sq ft with 1+1 rooms.

The OLO Residence tower that was recently previewed is a low density development with only 8 units per floor. Selected units of OLO Residence feature double volume at its living room which has high ceiling and high window panels to maximize the usage of natural lighting to brighten the unit. There is a total of 197 units with built ups starting from 782sq ft with starting price of RM603,000.
