M Vertica’s newly launched Tower B records strong take up rate of 87% over a weekend

5 March, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) launched the second tower (Tower B) of M Vertica in Batu 2.5 Cheras last weekend (3 & 4 March). The launch achieved a strong take up rate of 87% with 200 units sold from a total of 230 units launched.

Tower B comprises 685 units of serviced apartments with built ups of 850sq ft (3 bedroom) and 1,000sq ft (4 bedroom), priced from RM450,800.

M Vertica has been very well received by the public since its first launch. The development’s Tower A which was launched last November also achieved a good take up rate of 85% from a total of 808 units.

M Vertica is part of Mah Sing’s ‘Reinvent Affordability’ campaign which offers good product specifications in strategic locations at affordable prices near public transportation infrastructure such as MRT and LRT. It features one of the largest facilities decks in Kuala Lumpur, spanning 4.5 acres with over 40 facilities which include a swimming pool, unisex gym and women’s gym, as well as a jogging and cycling track.

Located in a prime location in Cheras, it is near shopping destinations such as Sunway Velocity Mall (800m away), IKEA Cheras and MY Town (both 2.5km away). There is a covered walkway to the LRT and MRT stations as well as Sunway Velocity Mall. There are also many educational institutions and medical centres such as Taylor’s International school KL, SRJK (C) Naam Kheung, Price Court Medical Center and Pantai Hospital,Ampang within 5km of the development.
