M Vertica's 2-day preview of Tower A records strong take up rate of 85% 27 November, KUALA LUMPURMah Sing Group Berhad’s (Mah Sing) official preview and unit selection of M Vertica in Batu 2.5 Cheras recorded a strong take up rate of 85% for its Tower A comprising 808 units over the 2-day weekend preview (25 & 26 November).

The event attracted thousands of visitors on both days with registrants queuing up for unit selection early in the morning. The project proved to be very sought-after by homebuyers as it has garnered 15,780 registrants of interests prior to the preview.
