Lucky M Arisa buyers walk home with huge lucky draw prizes worth RM350,000


26 MARCH, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) hosted a special lucky draw session for the new home buyers of M Arisa recently which saw over 400 eligible lucky draw entries. The lucky draw session which was held virtually and broadcasted on the Group’s official Facebook page, saw big household prizes worth RM350,000 up for grabs – including branded items namely a Sealy Bed mattress, a Philip 50-inch smart TV, a Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone, a Sharp air purifier and a Samsung microwave.

Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang shared, “The lucky draw session was originally scheduled in Q42020 but was postponed to this year following the Movement Control Order. We are grateful to receive such an encouraging response for M Arisa despite the challenging property market following the impact of COVID-19 which reflect confidence and trust towards Mah Sing as a developer and for its products. Despite that, Mah Sing will continue to help in enhancing home buyers’ life and towards satisfying customers’ expectation, apart from driving its efforts on more customer loyalty programmes and value-added services.”

“On top of that, M Arisa is also one of the many participating projects under the HOME With Mah Sing Campaign where it allows anyone to own a home – with payment-free for up to 4 years. Mah Sing’s General Manager of Sales & Marketing, Chris Chen Weng Hong represented M Arisa’s team to draw the ballot at the special lucky draw session. In upholding transparency, the lucky draw ballot papers were also audited by Wong Chau Hwa & Co. before the draw was conducted.

As for the lucky draw entitlement, M Arisa homebuyers had 3 chances if they had their sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) signed between 24th January 2020 and 29th February 2020, whereas 1 chance if they signed their SPAs between 1st March 2020 and 30th September 2020.
