LBS Bina Group Bhd appreciates the media with a Night

Petaling Jaya, 27 November 2015 – LBS Bina Group Berhad, a distinctive Malaysian developer, showcased its gratitude towards the continuous support given by the media throughout the year. Esteemed media practitioners and partners were celebrated at the Media Appreciation Night 2015 where they were feted with delectable Thai cuisine. The theme of the night, “Funky Spectacles”, saw 191 media attendees don their hippest spectacles to vie for attractive prizes as well as relax and mingle.

LBS Managing Director, Tan Sri Lim Hock San said: “This year has been a fruitful year to LBS. We have achieved a total of RM1billion sales as at today, and this can never be accomplished without hands from the media, business associates and acquaintances. Therefore, I would also like to thank everyone for your commitment and continuous efforts to promote our properties and initiatives. This has not only helped our projects, but also the growing communities surrounding our developments. On top of that, we believe our achievements serve our homebuyers, stakeholders and also for the communities well.”

LBS Bina Group Berhad is a developer of exceptional properties in Malaysia with an established foundation in crafting high-quality built environments. The group is confident that a variety of new developments and launches in 2016, in-line with government initiatives, will excite both new and recurring customers.

“LBS looks forward to an exciting and fruitful 2016 for homebuyers and stakeholders. With today’s technology, media is so widespread and easily available anywhere, any time. News and social media are continuously pushing barriers and stimulating readers to new heights of awareness nationwide. Our media friends are truly the backbone that supports our success, and I sincerely hope that in time, LBS will come to be recognised as amongst the best developers in Malaysia,” added Tan Sri Lim Hock San.

The night’s agenda reached its crescendo when the lucky draw prizes were given away to 30 lucky members of the media. Two “The Best of the Night” prizes were awarded to media representatives with the funkiest spectacles of the night.
