Launch of Lakeville Residence’s final tower attained 92% take up rate

Kepong, July 2016 – Mah Sing Group (Mah Sing) launched the final tower of Lakeville Residence last weekend at Lakeville Lifestyle Sales Gallery.

The successful launch opened up 120 units from the lowest floor to 15th floor for bookings. A total of 110 units were sold, which amounts to a 92% take-up rate in just 2 days. Bookings for 16th to 41st floors will be opened from today onwards.

With an average of booking of RM51.1million per month, the entire 12.38acre development with 6 residential towers, retail shops, and podium shops achieved RM1.176billion in less than 2 years from its first launch in August 2014.

Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum said, “We are very thankful for the support and confidence of our customers that lead to the success of this launch.”

Tan Sri Leong further commented that sentiments have improved due to the decrease of OPR but the Group will continue to be committed to providing customers with excellent quality products, prompt delivery, and flexible services that exceed expectations.

One of the factors that contributed to the high take-up rate is the location of the development in the heart of Kuala Lumpur that is easily accessible via main roads and public transport and is only a stone throw away from KLCC.

The link road to Kepong is currently at 70% completion; together with the proposed link road to Tesco and an upcoming MRT Line 2 nearby makes it even more convenient with the project being only minutes away to nearby matured townships with amenities such as public transportation, schools, commercial business centres, conveniences stores and healthcare facilities.

The development has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.5billion. The latest tower features a total of 327 units with 8 types of built up from 977sq ft to 1,359 sq ft, priced from RM598,000. It is targeted to be completed by 2020.
