15 NOVEMBER, SETIA ALAM – S P Setia’s flagship development in Shah Alam, Setia Alam, successfully sold out all units of Garciae double-storey cluster homes and units of Validum double-storey terraces via online bookings, within a single day.
“While movement restrictions have been eased, we decided to continue leveraging on the convenience of technology and hosted online unit selections for both Garciae and Validum. We are elated with the continuous overwhelming response and trust from our buyers for these last two phases of the Bywater Homes series totalling 141 units, as with all the earlier phases,” said Bandar Setia Alam Divisional General Manager Tan Siow Chung.
To overcome movement restrictions that were in place earlier this year, Setia Alam hosted its first online booking for Plenum double-storey terrace homes in March this year, which were also fully taken up in an hour.
“We are glad that we acted promptly and moved our booking processes online when we were faced with the challenge of travel restrictions. Garciae’s and Validum’s success highlights the importance of digitalisation which may be the new normal for the property industry moving forward.

Garciae double-storey cluster homes are priced from RM1,096,000 with built-ups measuring 2,514 sq ft and lot sizes of 32 ft x 75 ft. All units have 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as an open-plan living room and dining area for maximised space and flexibility.
Priced from RM790,000, Validum homes come in lot sizes of 22ft x 70ft with built-ups from 2,104 sq ft. Each unit comes with 4/4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Glass sliding doors and large windows offer optimal ventilation and draw in natural light, creating a comfortable and cosy ambience especially in the common areas.
Setia Alam has a remaining land bank of 352.81 acres. Musika, a 22ft x 75 ft double-storey terrace project located next to Setia Alam Central Park will be the next to unveil. A new project Setia Alaman which is located next to Setia Alam is also in the plan for S P Setia. More updates will be announced closer to the launches.
