Knight Frank offers new residential property development in Cambridge

test

20 February, KUALA LUMPUR – Knight Frank Malaysia is offering the opportunity for those interested to learn more about a new landmark development by developer Weston Homes, which has launched Station Square in Central Cambridge, the United Kingdom.

The independent real estate consultancy said a private one-to-one appointment is available in Kuala Lumpur.

Situated opposite Cambridge train station, it said the 89 apartments on offer occupy a prime position in the dynamic neighbourhood, 1.6 km from the historic centre of Cambridge.

Station Square consists of two distinct buildings offering stylish, modern living in a superb central location. The scheme forms the residential focal point of the exciting, new quarter CB1.

Knight Frank Malaysia international residential project marketing associate director Dominic Heaton-Watson said Cambridge remains one the most desirable cities in the UK with an incredibly robust property market, due to its world-renowned university, access into central London, thriving economy and beautiful setting.

A lack of supply of new-build properties in the centre of Cambridge, teamed with a huge student population and young, affluent, professional workforce, has resulted in excellent capital appreciation and strong rental yields for property investors, he added.

Prices at Station Square, CB1 starts at 365,000 British pound (1.0 British pound=RM5.31) and the first homes are due for completion from Spring 2020.
