
The new phase of Greenwoods, Keranji saw 100% take up during its launch on Saturday, 31 March 2018. Its biggest attraction is perhaps the fact that it is serenely nestled within 237 acres of lush green land, a freehold township that is located within Salak Perdana.

The queue began the night prior to the Unit Selection Day with an estimation of 300 interested buyers lining up for registration who didn’t seem deterred by the rain. The queue continued to grow as the launch time drew close.
The unit selection officially commenced at 9am and ended, two hours and a half later at approximately 11.30am with 100% take-up rate.
Other phases of Greenwood that have been launched so far are Belian that comprises of 2-storey shop office and 96 Residences that consists of double storey link houses.
