Jumway Holdings of China upbeat on Malaysia's Property Market

17 December, SELANGOR – Jumway Holdings, one of China’s leading property developers says the timing of its entrance into the Malaysian property market could not have been better.

Jian Wei Development Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) was established in 2014 as the first overseas subsidiary of Jumway Group Shanghai, this move marks that Jian Wei Group has successfully established a base in Southeast Asia region and built a solid foundation for Jumway Group’s internationalization.

Jian Wei is currently in compliance with the southward development trend of Kuala Lumpur City, having discovered that the Semenyih area not only has convenient and well-developed transportation infrastructures but is also surrounded by various amenities/conveniences and an outstanding floral environment.

Semenyih is also within close proximity to numerous international universities, colleges and schools.  Besides that, it’s well connected to other major cities such as Kajang, Bangi & Cheras through LEKAS highway, SILK highway, Cheras-Kajang highway.

Hence, the company has acquired 245 acres of freehold land in Semenyih for a township development project called “Sempurna Heights” which comprise build residential, commercial buildings and community clubs within the development area; all which will feature modern-tropical architecture designs.

The phase 1, Brogania has a total gross development value of RM72 million and will be built on 11.6 acres of freehold residential land.

The entire development comprising of 138 units of double-storey terrace homes is secured with perimeter fencing and is fully guarded. There are 2 size options – 20’x65 and 20’x70’ with build-up area from 1,700 to 1,800 square feet.

Expected completion date is in 2020.
