IQI and Common Ground: Breaking new grounds in co-working spaces

8 January, KUALA LUMPUR – Today, multi-award winning global real estate giant, IQI, and Malaysia’s largest leading co-working space, Common Ground, signed a notable working agreement with each other. This signing marks the beginning of a lasting collaboration between the two companies, which will be mutually beneficial for both parties. The signing ceremony took place in Common Ground TTDI.

Through this agreement, IQI’s agents will be bringing new potential clients to use the various co-working spaces, services and amenities provided by Common Ground.

The official signing of the agreement was done between IQI’s Group CEO Kashif Ansari and Common Ground’s Head of Operations Ru Sow.

“At IQI, our philosophy is to go beyond real estate. We are continuously branching out into new frontiers and this is one of our many new ventures. 2018 was an amazing year for partnerships and innovations for IQI, and for us, this latest partnership is a great way to start the New Year. We are always looking for new ways to better our clients’ experience as well as better the experience of the working community as a whole. We look forward to working with Common Ground, and to a brighter and fulfilling future together,” said Mr. Ansari.

“Since our first outlet at Damansara Heights, which opened in March 2017, Common Ground has grown to 11 outlets in Malaysia and 2 outlets in the Philippines, and with the upcoming entry into Bangkok and Jakarta, we look forward to more than double this number in all 4 countries in 2019. Part of our success thus far can be credited to the support of our trusted allies, and we’re very excited to have IQI’s valued agents join us with this new partnership. Our ambitious growth plans cover many strategic locations and also include very unique workspaces such as Malaysia’s first pet-friendly coworking space, iconic penthouses, customizable workspaces for big teams of 200 to 350 persons, and many more. We look forward to the many upcoming opportunities to work with IQI and to a great year of growth together,” said Ms. Ru Sow.

IQI has thousands of dedicated agents, who are proven experts in the industry. Because of this, they will be able to better market these co-working spaces to those who require them. Quality is an important aspect of IQI, and thereby they look forward to working closely with Common Ground and creating new opportunities along the way.
