Stronger bonds were forged and some new ones were kindled. 

The smell of freshly painted walls was still wafting in the air when we opened our doors to our partners and friends just a week after the grand opening of our new state-of-the-art office in The Gardens South Tower. The event that took place on 5 April 2018 saw the attendance of 50 property developers and 23 property agencies who have been our ardent allies throughout the years.

Guests were greeted at the office reception with a keychain guessing game which was won by Holly Ong from Mah Sing Berhad.

They were also taken on a tour around the new office space where they learnt about the concept behind the design of the new workspace, our latest innovation as well as the new and agile working concept we’ve adopted in order to promote a more balanced working environment, teamwork and productivity.

During the event, Haresh Khoobchandani, CEO of Singapore & Malaysia, REA Group – Asia, welcomed our guests to the new home, and shared the company’s vision moving forward as part of REA Group-Asia as well as our plans in building stronger ties with our partners as well as customers.

Premendran Pathmanathan, General Manager Customer Data Solutions-Asia, then shared with the guests the importance of big data and how it will change the way the world experiences property. During his presentation, he illustrated the supply and demand in selected areas and how this can be a predictor of investment opportunities.
