Petaling Jaya, 29 May 2017: Bandar Rimbayu, IJM Land’s GBI certified green township was awarded World Gold Winner in the master plan category at the highly acclaimed FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2017 held at Andorra la Vella on 26 May 2017.
The FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award is widely regarded as the “Oscars of the real estate industry”. The award recognises Bandar Rimbayu for its excellence in real estate disciplines such as architecture and design, development and construction, environmental impact, financial and marketing, as well as contribution to the community.
Commenting on the latest triumph, IJM Land Berhad Managing Director, Mr. Edward Chong Sin Kiat said, “We are truly honoured to receive this prestigious international recognition for our Bandar Rimbayu development. The latest accolade marks IJM Land’s second award on the FIABCI World stage following its previous win at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2015, where The Light Waterfront Penang scooped the World Silver Award in the same category (Master Plan category).
