25 August, KUALA LUMPUR – Customer appreciation has been brought to the next level with IJM Land rewarding their new home buyers with a Cash Bonanza. Totalling RM1.854 million, the Cash Bonanza saw 905 lucky home buyers walked away with a cash prize as high as RM350,000, a lucky day for some indeed.
The Cash Bonanza rewards home buyers who purchased IJM Land properties from selected participating projects across the country from Klang Valley, Penang, Seremban, Johor and East Malaysia during the campaign period which runs from 15 October 2018 to 30 June 2019, putting them in the running to win their share of RM1.854 million.
“Most of our participating residential projects nationwide have been generally well received due to the right combination of location, great accessibility and value propositions. With this Cash Bonanza, we want to reward those who have chosen to buy their dream homes from IJM Land, and put their roots with us,” said Ms Christine Wong, IJM Land General Manager of Group Sales and Marketing.
Qualified IJM Land new property owners were invited to an exclusive hi tea at the Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, juxtaposing culture, beauty and fortune, with Facebook live streaming of the event broadcast from the Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Over 500 guests were treated to a grand hi tea and were entertained with a vocal performance by Colour of Voices Acapella.
During the event, Ms Wong presented the prizes and thanked each and every one of the new homeowners for their trust and confidence in the potential of an IJM Land home and their support for IJM Land projects.
“This campaign is part of our effort to thank our customers for sharing their life journey with us. We find great reward in rewarding our customers and we are pleased to give back a whole million worth of thanks. The grand prize is a whopping RM350,000, with 15 prizes of RM35,000, and 36 lucky draws for RM3,500, all cash back rewards, in fact all 905 home-buyers were gifted with a cash-back of RM1,000!
