KUALA LUMPUR, August 10 — I-Bhd, the master developer of i-City, has registered a 100% take-up rate for its two home office suite projects with the sales of the remaining i-Suite and i-SoHo units in i-City.
In a statement today, the company said Chester Properties today purchased the remaining 30 units of i-SoHo and 120 units of i-Suite in i-City which is located within a five-minute walking distance to the Central i-City Shopping Centre slated to open in 2018.
It said the i-SoHo comprised 925 SOHO units with a gross development value (GDV) of RM438 million, scheduled for handover by the end of 2016, while i-Suite with 825 units and a GDV of RM448 million would be ready for vacant possession by mid-2017.
The other two projects in i-City, namely i-Residence (346 residential units and 20 exclusive duplex-triplex villas) and i-SoVo (220 small office versatile offices) were also all fully sold out before the handover in 2015 and 2016, respectively, the company said.
I-Bhd director Monica Ong said with the sustained demand for its properties, the company expects to propel its sales growth over the next few years.
“We see the market is still quite strong for us moving forward as we continued to register positive take-up rates for our recently launched Hyde Tower,” she said.
