Hua Yang''s Three Developments Receive CCC

KUALA LUMPUR, 14 March – Hua Yang Berhad’s three residential projects in the Klang Valley and Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar (BUSI) has received its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

This includes one of the Group’s core urban project, Sentrio Suites, which is a 40-storey serviced-apartment in Desa Pandan. The development comprises 327 units measuring 570 sqft (square feet) onwards and priced from RM485,400 onwards. This development has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM231 million.

Ho Wen Yan, Chief Executive Officer of Hua Yang, said “All three projects were fully sold in a short time frame, demonstrating the strong demand and interest in the affordable segment.”

“Klang Valley and Perak remain as our key regions and continue to contribute positively to our Group’s revenue. During the third quarter of our 2017 financial year, our projects in the Klang Valley was the largest contributor to revenue, making up a total of 45% while our developments in Perak contributed a healthy 21%.”

The Group’s other project in Klang Valley that received its CCC is Residensi Flora @ One South, a block of 194 units of serviced apartments within the One South development. This project is priced from RM582,600 and has a GDV of RM104 million. Lavender 2 in BUSI, Perak, which also received its CCC, comprises 281 units of double-storey terrace houses priced from RM244,800. This development has a GDV of RM74 million.
