As I have mentioned before, constructing a nation needs a multi-prong approach. KPKT is working very closely with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) on relaxing current lending guidelines to enable more first time home buyers to secure housing loans. With transparent and efficient communication between private developers and the government, the housing sector will be able to contribute to the country’s economic growth.”

Mah Sing’s Group managing director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum said, “The new sales gallery is testament to the Group’s promise of enhancing the lives of our customers. Now located right in the heart of the township, current and future residents of Southville City can manage their administrative tasks at the VP and CSD offices, which is now only a stone’s throw away. This is reflective of our care for quality and customer service, providing convenience to our buyers and residents.”
