KUALA LUMPUR, March 30— Harmoni Perkasa Sdn Bhd expects its hotel business to contribute up to 20% to company revenue by 2019 following the operational of its Royale Pavillion Hotel and Banyan Trees Signatures Hotel Kuala Lumpur in the second quarter of 2017, said Project Manager Ben Yeoh.
“We expect the hotel business to contribute significantly in the third year of operations,” he told Bernama after the signing of a hotel management agreement with Banyan Tree Hotels and Resort Pte Ltd here today.
The agreement is for the RM330 million Royale Pavillion Hotel.
Both hotels, located in Bukit Bintang here, will offer some 500 five-star rooms along with more than 900 jobs combined.
Harmoni Perkasa, is a property developer and subsidiary of Urusharta Cemerlang (KL) Sdn Bhd, which owns the Pavillion Kuala Lumpur shopping complex.
