Dalia Residences is the fourth landed residential phase of the township, comprising 166 units of two-storey semi-d homes (45’ x 80’), 36 units of two-storey zero-lot bungalows (56’ x 85’) and 5 units of two-storey bungalows. Due for completion in the third quarter of 2020, these sophisticated homes feature the 3S automated home system which enables homeowners to control and monitor lighting, air-conditioning and security from one central application which can be paired to smartphones and tablets. Delving a bit deeper into the security module, the system features an array of safeguards such as digital doorlock, intrusion alert, magnetic sensors, vibration sensors, remote access control, door camera, outdoor cameras, gate camera and panic button.

“We understand that security is one of the biggest concerns for all homebuyers. With that in mind, every home within the development will be equipped with smart homes security system and nestled within a gated and guarded community to ensure peace of mind for residents,” said Ung Lay Ting, Managing Director (Marketing & Sales) of Tropicana. “To further enhance the safety of residents within the township, 24 hours security patrolling, perimeter boundary fencing equipped with CCTV and visitor management system will also be put in place,” she added.

Commenting on the new launches, Ung said, “We are confident that the take-up rate for Dalia Residences will be a positive one due to its strategic location and forward-thinking homes which are fitted with 3S automated home features, which stands for Smart, Secure and Sustainable Technology for connected living. Dalia Residences is the fourth phase following Cheria Residences which has recorded over 90% take up. Arahsia and Bayan Residences which are the first two landed phases were 100% sold and successfully handed over to homeowners.”

“Aside from the township’s landed phases, we have launched Aman 1 under the Tropicana Urban Homes collection, offering 766 units of 3-bedroom modern apartments with built-up sizes of 870 and 1,000 sq ft. It has drawn positive interest from first-time homebuyers and young families. Tropicana Aman is certainly a choice township for families with the convenience of 198 acres of commercial vibrancy starting off with Sinaria, the first phase of investment-grade shop offices and the now-operational Tenby International School,” she added.
