15 October, KOTA KEMUNING – Tropicana Aman debuted the brand new Dalia Residences semi-d and zero-lot bungalow show houses to the eager public last weekend. Located within the 863-acre self-contained township of Tropicana Aman featuring an 85-acre Central Park, 7km dedicated walking and biking trail, the now operational Tenby International School and 198 acres of commercial vibrancy, the Dalia Residences show houses opening pulled in more than 1500 visitors over the weekend.
At the grand opening, visitors got to experience first-hand the modern offerings of Dalia Residences and the wholesome lifestyle within the award-winning walking and biking community. Along with the opening of the show houses, visitors enjoyed family fun in the form of hop-on LED train, trishaws and swings, glow in the dark activities and food truck eats at the Tropicana Aman Central Park. The visual spectacle of ‘Glow in the Park” brought the 85-acre Central Park to life as visitors enjoyed leisurely strolls along the park paths and pavilions. As the finale of each of the eventful days, fireworks illuminated the night sky to the delight of all.
Dalia Residences is the fourth landed residential phase of the township, comprising 166 units of two-storey semi-d homes (45’ x 80’), 36 units of two-storey zero-lot bungalows (56’ x 85’) and 5 units of two-storey bungalows. Due for completion in the third quarter of 2020, these sophisticated homes feature the 3S automated home system which enables homeowners to control and monitor lighting, air-conditioning and security from one central application which can be paired to smartphones and tablets. Delving a bit deeper into the security module, the system features an array of safeguards such as digital doorlock, intrusion alert, magnetic sensors, vibration sensors, remote access control, door camera, outdoor cameras, gate camera and panic button.
