SHAH ALAM, 30 August : S P Setia launched its double-storey terrace homes in the northern sanctuary of Setia Alam, in Precinct 17, to a good take up response of 85% last weekend. The launch featured Opacus with a built-up from 1,708 sq ft (18 x 65) and Albida with a built-up from 1,956 sq ft (20 x 65) respectively.
