19 July, KOTA KEMUNING – The launch of the first 100 units of Luxura’s 2 and 3-storey link villas in twentyfive.7 has seen an impressive take up rate of 80% despite only being opened for sale in June this year. Located in Kota Kemuning, this 257-acre township’s efforts in activating public spaces to bring the community together has led to a continual growth in interest among the public.
