Gamuda Gardens Launched 2nd Phase of 2-Storey Link Homes In Conjunction with its Grand Opening Ceremony

Sungai Buloh – Gamuda Gardens launched 134 units of double storey link homes in its second phase today, at the town’s Grand Opening ceremony. Phase 2 is located next to the Village Square by the waterfront, the lifestyle hub of the town. This launch follows overwhelming response for 1 st Phase of link homes which are fully taken up.

“A town has to be about special places, great place making. When we create great gathering places, when we lay out the parks and lakes to open up to each neighbourhood, when we apply architecture and craft beautiful streetscapes, when we have a town square to draw people together, we start to create a personality for the town. So when people move in, live and work here, they will experience a difference and want to be a part of it. At Gamuda Gardens, we are creating a place where town and country living come together in harmony. Just as you can ride a bike to the town square, you can walk and escape through the trails that take you into the woods,” said Ngan Chee Meng, Chief Operating Office of Gamuda Land.

“Another key appeal of Gamuda Gardens is its location and easy accessibility. We are willing to invest upfront on our infrastructure to make sure the town is easy to access by everyone. Details like these are important to make the town work,” Ngan added.

Gamuda Gardens is located at the confluence of three major highways, LATAR, Guthrie and North-South Expressways. It is only a short drive from the city, especially with the Kuang Elevated Interchange System that provides direct access from the North-South Expressway (NSE) right into Gamuda Gardens.

Dubbed “in a garden where happiness lives”, Gamuda Gardens features five cascading lakes that are integrated into a 50-acre central park with lakes, cascading waterfalls, a mixed-terrain jogging and cycling trail as well as various themed parks.

A Village Square, placed by the waterfall and lakes, houses cafes, restaurants, retail outlets and other modern amenities to serve the needs of the communities in and around the surrounding areas of the town. It is scheduled for completion along with homes in the first and second phase of the town, for the community’s enjoyment. Commercial, business and retail hubs are also planned within the town to not only support the growing community in the future but also to boost the growth of north Kuala Lumpur.

“We are confident that the second phase will receive good response as the first phase did due to the unique personality of Gamuda Gardens as well as its good location that is easily accessible from the city,” Ngan concluded.

The newly launched 2-storey link homes are closest to the 50-acre central park at Gamuda Gardens. Within a short stroll from this precinct also lies the retail village and facilities that are exclusive for residents.

The homes feature built-ups ranging from 2,114 sq. ft. to 2,800 sq. ft. The spacious units will have 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms respectively. The selling price starts from RM750,000.

Homes at Gamuda Gardens come with linear gardens, paved with trees and flowers to give residents a beautiful space right outside their home, for neighbours to interact.
