20 April, SUNGAI BULOH – Gamuda Gardens celebrated the grand opening of its new 18,000 sq. ft. experience gallery with a star-studded live concert at its 50-acre central park and a view of the majestic waterfall in the background.

The concert kick-started to an enthusiastic crowd of 4,500 people who made their way to the experience gallery as early as noon to also enjoy the food truck fest at Gamuda Gardens. Astro’s artistes Amy Chen, William Tan, Jazz Law, Yoke Chen, Juztin Lan and Astro Xiao Tai Yang kept the energy high as the crowd danced and sang along to their favourite songs. Malaysian born and Taiwan based singer-songwriter, Gary Chaw then took to the stage for the finale performance which got the crowd to cheering on their feet for more. The night ended on a high note as fireworks lit up the horizon, casting colourful illumination over the central park.

The star-studded concert ended with fireworks illuminating the skyline.

“At Gamuda Land, good town-making is achieved through strong master-planning, innovative placemaking and community building and these development principles can be found in all our towns,” said Lam Sew Chee, General Manager of Gamuda Gardens.

“What makes us different is our approach to master-planning. We mindfully think through the architecture, where the parks sit within the masterplan, how the streets are laid out to provide good accessibility and connectivity for the community, and how the 50-acre central park with its two waterfalls and five cascading lakes anchor the entire township down to the selection of trees and plants that are native to the area so that biodiversity can thrive in this healthy ecosystem. When all of these elements come together, Gamuda Gardens takes on its own personality and that is what differentiates the township from the rest,” Lam added.

Dubbed “in a garden where happiness lives”, Gamuda Gardens features five cascading lakes that are integrated into a 50-acre central park with two waterfalls. It is a township planned with ample greenery, providing urbanites with a respite from the hustle and bustle of city living while at the same time having accessibility to all the conveniences of urban lifestyle such as a retail mall, schools, social gathering places, F&B outlets, banking facilities and more.

“As a responsible developer, we are also investing upfront in infrastructure and amenities before we handover our first phase of property to our new community here at Gamuda Gardens. The key thing for any good township is accessibility which we had completed and opened the Kuang Elevated Interchange System that provides direct access from the North-South Expressway (NSE) right into Gamuda Gardens. We are also completing our central park, the waterfalls, the lakes and the landscaping at Gamuda Gardens,” Lam explained, adding that the developer has also thoughtfully added high-speed internet connectivity to the list of amenities that the community will have access to when they move in to Gamuda Gardens.

Another component that Gamuda Gardens will have ready for the residents when they move in is the Waterfront Village that is connected to the new experience gallery. The Waterfront Village, spanning approximately 150,000 sq. ft. will house conveniences for the community such as grocer, convenience shops, F&Bs, sports and clubhouse facilities, wellness shops and more.

“We are pleased to officially open the doors Gamuda Gardens Experience Gallery today. With a full-fledge experience gallery featuring an experiential dark room, event space, scale models and completed show units in place, customers can now see for themselves the actual layout and size of the units besides the actual green environment that Gamuda Gardens has to provide. When they come here and experience it, they will get a feel for the place and want to be a part of it,” Lam concluded.

Besides all the good entertainment, food and games, guests were also treated to a preview of Jovita, link semi-ds which will be officially launched next month. Show units of Jovita are also opened to the guests.
