KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 11 — Gadang Holdings Bhd’s (Gadang) indirect unit, Tema Warisan Sdn Bhd (TWSB, plans to undertake the development of a residential land in Puchong with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM160 million.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Gadang said TWSB has entered into a joint-venture (JV) agreement with Perikatan Progresif Sdn Bhd.
“The proposed JV will enhance our future earnings given the strategic location of the land in Puchong and its connectivity to several major highways,” it added.
