Tropicana closes its annual campaign in celebratory fashion at the Tropicana Surprize Upsize Grand Finale.
28 December, Petaling Jaya – To reward its customers and further engage with the community, property developer Tropicana Corporation Berhad (Tropicana) closed its annual campaign in celebratory fashion at the Tropicana Surprize Upsize Grand Finale.
Hosted at the MBO Cinemas, The Starling, the finale saw five winners walked away with grand prizes of the campaign which ran from 11 November to 22 December. The campaign is Malaysia’s first property campaign that provides purchasers a chance to win a free upsized home and four interior design packages worth RM80,000 each.
Speaking on the campaign, Ung Lay Ting, Senior Executive Director of Marketing & Sales of Tropicana said, “Today, we are very pleased to reward our customers with grand prizes such as the interior design packages and the buzzworthy free upsized home as part of our continuous engagement. The Tropicana Surprize Upsize campaign was a novel idea in the property industry. With this first-of-its-kind campaign, we are pleased to have achieved record-breaking digital engagement of over 4.38 million campaign video views and 105,957 unique visits to the campaign site. This is an achievement that we are most proud off as it was achieved within a short time frame, just six weeks from 11 November to 22 December 2017. The campaign has also enlightened the masses about our signature Tropicana developments – Tropicana Metropark (Subang Jaya), Tropicana Heights (Kajang), Tropicana Aman (Kota Kemuning) and Tropicana Gardens (Kota Damansara).”
The grand prize winner of the free upsized home, Lim Yew Ming who purchased an 870 sf unit at Aman 1 within the township of Tropicana Aman, walked away with an upsized unit of 1000 sf ecstatically commented, “I couldn’t be happier! I’m surprised that I’ve won the Tropicana Surprize Upsize. It is the greatest gift for my family and I to live in such a lovely environment which Tropicana has developed. The feeling is indescribable and definitely one of the greatest moments for my family.”
Commenting on plans for the property, he said, “The upsized unit in Aman 1 is definitely for own stay. It has always been my dream to bring my family to live with me in the conducive environment at Tropicana Aman.”
Another winner, Lim Kwang Hock who went home with one of the RM80,000 interior design package for Ridgefield Residences at Tropicana Heights, expressed delight saying that, “It definitely hit us as a surprise and it is such a joyous moment for my family and I to win this contest. We are extremely thankful to the Tropicana team for organizing such a contest. This interior design package will definitely help in livening up our home.”
Ung commented on the year to come, “We look forward to bringing more exciting campaigns in 2018 which allow us to reach a larger audience, increase our relevancy amongst our target market nationwide, and provide an opportunity for everyone to own a Tropicana home.”
