Forest City Opens Its First International Sales Gallery In Kuala Lumpur

KUALA LUMPUR, 31 October: A grand opening ceremony was held at the Forest City Kuala Lumpur International Sales Gallery in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur on October 29, which saw the attendance of Forest City’s management team and esteemed guests.

Besides Johor Bahru, the new sales gallery is the first international sales gallery set up in Malaysia. This indicates that Country Garden Group’s confidence in the Malaysian market and reflects its long-term development strategy in Malaysia.

Overseas Marketing Director of Country Garden Group, Zhang Bingsheng who presented the welcoming speech said: “Forest City Kuala Lumpur Sales Gallery will provide one-stop services including project sales, investment consultation, and business-to-business cooperation.

By setting up this sales gallery, we will focus on providing more professional real estate services to customers throughout Malaysia and customers around the world, building an extensive cooperation platform. We hope that Forest City, a prime model of a future city which integrates industry, green, and hi-tech, will bring a completely new living experience for our customers in Malaysia.”

Furthermore, Zhang Bingsheng said that in order to express appreciation of Malaysian customers for their support of Country Garden Group, all property customers could enjoy a special offer during the sales gallery opening celebration from 29th October to 28th November 2016.

Forest City is the most prominent project in Country Garden Group’s strategic overseas development. This advanced urban planning model is Country Garden Group’s tribute to Malaysia, embodying the ideal residence and green eco-environment of Yeung Kwok Keung, the Chairman of Country Garden Group.

Not long after, the government approved Forest City’s independent CIQs by land and sea. Adhering to Country City Garden’s concept of “Amenities Foremost”, Forest City has made comprehensive and convenient support services available to property owners so as to provide every owner with a five-star living environment.

After half a year’s construction and development, the city is already taking shape where currently, the Forest City’s International Clubhouse, Transportation Hub, and Beach Park are Forest City Phoenix Hotel, Harbor Commercial Street, and SECOO flagship luxury store are already in operation.
