Everyone’s a winner in Mah Sing''s campaign

Kuala Lumpur, January 6 – Mah Sing Group Bhd will be helping buyers ring in the new year with an auspicious Ang Pow of RM8,888 from January 1, 2016 to February 28, 2016. In these two months, all buyers of participating Mah Sing’s projects will enjoy a RM8,888 cash rebate in addition to any sales packages offered for the properties.

“Mah Sing is pleased to launch out new rewards campaign as a way of giving back to our buyers by offering them a scenario where everyone’s a winner,” said Ng Chai Yong, Chief Executive Officer of Mah Sing Group Bhd.

Participating projects in the central region include townships Southville City@KL South, M Residence 2 in Rawang, integrated developments D’Sara Sentral in Sungai Buloh and M City in Jalan Ampang, as well as high-rise residences Lakeville Residences Taman Wahyu and the luxurious Icon in Mont’Kiara.

Participating projects from the southern region include Meridin Bayvue, Austin Perdana and The Meridin@Medini, while the in the northern region includes Ferringhi Residence, The Loft, Southbay Plaza and Legenda@Southbay.

“To be eligible for the reward, buyers would only need to take a simple step of purchasing any participating Mah Sing properties from January till the end of February,” Ng said.

In light of the upcoming Chinese New Year, Mah Sing also announced that the Group will be distributing red packets exclusively themed to the movie that the Group supports, known as ‘The Kid From Big Apple.’ The red packets will be distributed at Mah Sing sales galleries and selected Golden Screen Cinemas nationwide.

“Mah Sing’s share of the profits generated from this film will be channelled to Mah Sing Foundation, a charity body by the Group that is aimed to aid the needy,” Ng added.

“2016 will be a challenging year for the property market and we are cautious about it, but we are not slowing down with our product launches.”
