KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 — Eco World Development Group Bhd has unveiled Eco Grandeur’s show village in Ijok featuring 12 different show units from the first phase of the Graham Garden terraced homes and Avenham Garden homes.
In a statement today, the company said Graham Garden consists of well-designed 20 ft x 65 ft terraced homes with prices starting from RM529,000 while Avenham Garden offers unique 30 ft x 60 ft garden homes priced from RM697,000.
President and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Chang Khim Wah said the project has managed to attract many young families as well as upgraders from all over the Klang Valley.
“We are tremendously encouraged by the extraordinary reception received for Eco Grandeur and very excited that our purchasers can now have a feel of what their dream home will look like upon completion,” he said.
Eco Grandeur is a mixed residential and commercial township project sitting on a 566.56 hectares land.
