D’sara Sentral, M Vertica And Garden Residence To Enjoy Full Mrt Service For Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line 1

Kuala Lumpur, 2017 The second phase of MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) Line 1 started its operation yesterday. Mah Sing’s developments D’sara Sentral, Sungai Buloh and upcoming M Vertica, Cheras get to enjoy the full MRT service of MRT Line 1.

With this improved infrastructure as well as the LRT extensions and High Speed Rail (HSR), we believe there will be a direct impact to the property industry,” Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong further commented.

D’sara Sentral – Direct access to Kampung Selamat MRT Station

Mah Sing’s transit-oriented development, D’sara Sentral which is situated right opposite Kampung Selamat station. The covered walkway with direct access to MRT station is slated for completion in August 2017.

Currently, the development is only 35 minutes away from City Centre with the usage of MRT SBK Line. This convenient public transport infrastructure will further contribute to the value appreciation of D’sara Sentral.

The first vacant possessions (VP) of the project are the Retail Shops, SoVo and the first 2 residence towers which are scheduled on March 2018. The VP of the project is timely as businesses in the Retail Shops will get to enjoy the ready catchment of 4,300 residents within the development as well as nearby community. Owners of SoVo and residential towers also have an added means of travel to and from the development.

There will be a further boost of population growth in the area as it is located near to a 2,330 acres of Kwasa Damansara project which is currently under development. Upon the completion of the project, it is estimated to have about 150,000 people residing in that area.

Transit-oriented Development Set to be a Hotspot in Sungai Buloh

D’sara Sentral is an integrated development that has both residential and commercial components with a gross development value (GDV) of RM937million on 6.55 acres of land. Comprising Retail Shops, one tower of SoVo and four towers of Serviced Residences, the project is set to be a key location due to its direct access to the MRT station.

D’sara Sentral can be easily accessed from all parts of the Klang Valley via Jalan Sungai Buloh, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), North-South Highway and Selayang-Kepong Highway.

There are also various public amenities nearby the development such as Sungai Buloh KTM, Sungai Buloh Hospital, Tropicana Medical Centre, Sime Darby Medical Centre, ELC International School, HELP International School, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), SEGi University College, KBU international College, Sunway Giza, One Utama, The Curve, Ikea, Ikano Power Center, Subang Airport Terminal 2 and more.
