D’sara Sentral Launches #161216 D’sara MRT Hunt to Celebrate the Commencement of MRT Line 1

Sungai Buloh, 2016 – In conjunction with the commencement of the first phase of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Line 1 scheduled on 16 December, Mah Sing Group (Mah Sing) is organising “#161216 D’sara MRT Hunt” because the Group’s D’sara Sentral project has a direct access to MRT Line 1, Kampung Selamat station.

D’sara Sentral is an integrated development that has both residential and commercial components with a gross development value (GDV) of RM937million on 6.55 acres of land. Comprising Retail Shops, one tower of SoVo and four towers of Serviced Residences, the project is set to be a key location due to its direct access to the MRT station. The first vacant possessions of the project are the Retail Shops and SoVo tower which are scheduled on March 2018.

Members of the public can win a RM20 Touch ‘n Go (TnG) card by participating in #161216 D’sara MRT Hunt from 16 to 18 December (8am – 9pm). Participants must collect two stamps, one from Kampung Selamat MRT station and another from any of five other designated checkpoints which are Semantan MRT station, Phileo Damansara MRT station, Bandar Utama MRT station and Mutiara Damansara MRT station as well as a D’sara Sentral roadshow booth in Ikano Power Centre (IPC) located at Ground Floor.

Upon obtaining 2 stamps, participants can redeem the TnG card from Kampung Selamat MRT station. A total of 1612 TnG cards are up for grabs.

For example, the vibrant entertainment spot in Mutiara Damansara is only 5 stations away from D’sara Sentral,” added Ho.

Convenience is Key to D’sara Sentral

D’sara Sentral is the first project in Sungai Buloh area to feature a dual-key concept for its residential units. OLO Residence tower that was recent previewed has only 8 units per floor which provides privacy for its residents. Selected units of OLO Residence also feature double volume at its living room which has high ceiling and high window panels to maximize the usage of natural lighting to brighten the unit.

Residents at D’sara Sentral will get to enjoy public transport convenience as they can commute to work or other places via the MRT. It also gives visitors an easier access to D’sara Sentral. In addition, Mah Sing will be building a covered walkway (scheduled to be completed by 2017) to provide a direct access to the MRT station.
