19 March, KUALA LUMPUR – SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld) attracted more than 1,000 parents and kids in the 3-day ‘Kidzcity’ event at its flagship SkyWorld Property Gallery @ Setapak. Kids were given the opportunity to explore the experience of different types of jobs such as marketing executive, an architect, an interior designer, a doctor, a news reporter and they get practical training too.

Lee Chee Seng, Chief Operating Officer of SkyWorld shared, “Sometimes you just need to let the kids explore the life of an adult so they understand the world of grown-ups better! The idea of this ‘Kidzcity’ event is about ‘kids enrichment’ where they will be exposed to real-life
exploring, real-life learning and real-life challenges of the occupations in different industries. We believe role-playing allows the kids to learn about disciplinary, develop different kinds of skills and to be independent. Initially, this was a 2-day event but due to overwhelming response, we have extended it. We are happy to provide this meaningful platform for parents to bond with their kids and we are honoured to record such a big turnout.”

As a community developer, SkyWorld hopes to engage with the community differently and the team will go the extra mile to plan more interactive and innovative events. SkyWorld has been enjoying positive take-up on all its projects and is targeting to launch 3 projects this year.
