CONTINEW: A unique and iconic development in Kuala Lumpur

BRACO Berhad is Sarawak’s premier township developer established since 1971. A strong investment holding company, and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, its proven track record of over 40 years has established IBRACO as the one of the prominent property developers in Sarawak, East Malaysia.

Over the decades, IBRACO has built and maintained a good reputation for design, quality construction and timely delivery, gaining the confidence of house buyers. One of its proud developments is the Greater Tabuan Township, Kuching’s most sought-after addresses. This flagship development, spanning over more than 1000 acres, encompasses affordable and luxury residences, high-rise as well as integrated developments. This township has seen substantial appreciation in value over the years – successively creating a strong base of IBRACO brand loyalists. Recently, IBRACO has reached another milestone by diversifying into infrastructure development, after being awarded a Letter of Acceptance from the Public Works Department, Kuching, to construct and complete a new airport in Mukah, Sarawak.

After having established itself well in Sarawak, IBRACO has ventured into the West through its maiden commercial-cum-residential project at Jalan Tun Razak, KL.

In accommodating the increased demand for purchasers seeking small sized units and affordable housing, Continew which stands on a freehold land measuring 5825 square meters, consists of two-towers positioned above a vibrant commercial space apartment suites in sizes between 550 sq ft and 1,200 sq ft, with choices of one (1), two (2) bedroom units, or the dual key apartment units, and also units with views of KLCC and the future Bandar Malaysia.

Strategic locale

Investing in a location where a progressive transformation is in the works, is key to Continew’s appeal. It is located between Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Yew, where extensive infrastructure developments by the government will change the landscape of the area in the near future. The upcoming Tun Razak Exchange will conveniently connect all the extensive road networks to link all major attractions in KL together. The newly completed second phase of the Sungai BulohKajang (SBK) MRT1 line runs through Jalan Tun Razak with a station at Cochrane MRT, which is within minutes walking distance from Continew.

Bukit Bintang, one of KL’s most popular attraction, is accessible from Continew via the Sungai Buloh Kajang MRT1 as well. The recently commenced MRT2 line runs through TRX to Putrajaya with a stop at Chan Sow Lin MRT station, which is also a walking distance from the serviced apartment.

Jalan Tun Razak is also the site for the development of new malls, with the recent presence of the new and biggest IKEA and the newly commenced MyTown Shopping Centre. Both are located within walking distance from Continew, with a shielded walkway covering a fair distance of the walking route for convenience of accessibility. The serviced apartment is also suitably located near several educational institutions, namely SJK (C) Chung Kwo, SJK (C) Chin Woo, SJK (C) Kung Min, as well as 2 international schools, SAYFOL and Fairview International School.

Facilities galore

Continew is conceived as an urban sanctuary to celebrate the concept of garden city living by creating a series of sky terraces and gardens. These are created to provide ample landscape and communal spaces which intentionally interspersed throughout the building for residents to interact, enjoy and build communities. A total of 6,000 sq ft Sky Gardens are created on level 23A and 33A.

To further enhance the concept of garden city living, a large expense of space on the ground floor and elevated recreational facilities deck are allocated for lush greening for the better comfort of living and tranquil ‘relief’ from an exhilarating city life.

The facilities deck also features an infinity 50 meter lap pool and manmade ‘sand beach’. A fully glazed and dynamic shaped sky club which is double volume and approximately 1,800 sq ft has been introduced at the roof top to capture the spectacular panoramic view of the KL city skyline. In order to provide a more iconic identity to the development, a series of roof ‘lanterns’ has been introduced to compliment the sky club. These unique features as well as the sky terrace and gardens are prominently articulated in the building façade to create a bold architectural statement in KL.

Other amenities that are included in the facilities deck are the BBQ pit, Jacuzzi, sauna, island planting, indoor and outdoor gymnasium, yoga room, games room, lounge, reading room, multipurpose hall, and indoor and outdoor theater.

Continew is affordably priced from RM500,000 with a low down payment, and is partially furnished. IBRACO is currently offering all purchasers rebates with the option to select a fully furnished packaged deal.

Interested purchasers are advised to visit IBRACO’s KL sales gallery at the ground floor of Menara JCorp, or contact them at 03-2141 3666 / 2142 3666, or 082-361 111.
