25 October, JOHOR – Construction work of the direct access road connecting Mah Sing Group Berhad’s (Mah Sing) seafront mixed integrated complex, Meridin Bayvue in Sierra Perdana to the Johor Bahru East Coast Highway had commenced earlier this month after getting the approval from the authority and is expected to be completed by Q1 2019.
Upon completion, the new direct access will shorten the travel time for Meridin Bayvue’s home buyers and retailers to go in and out of the development. In addition, it will also enhance the connectivity of the development by shortening the travel distance between Johor Bahru East Coast highway and Meridin Bayvue to approximately 12 km, allowing easier access to areas such as Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru City Centre, Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex (CIQ) and Singapore.

The Johor Bahru East Coast highway is a major highway in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The 8.1 km expressway connects the end of North–South Expressway Southern Route to the new Sultan Iskandar Building CIQ Complex in the city centre.
