Bon Estates Adds More to the CNY Festive Spirit By Giving Back to the Community

Bangsar, February 12th  – Unity, family and community are underlying themes that define The Estate, a boutique luxury development by Bon Estates Sdn Bhd in South Bangsar that is determined to stand apart by focusing on emotive appeal and people.

Following its successful Chinese New Year event on January 15th that celebrated traditions, art, culture and the shared values family and community unity that can be found at The Estate, Bon Estates embarked on a second celebration this weekend that emphasised its continued commitment to invest into the community.

Held at its Sales Gallery along Jalan Penaga in Bangsar, the event not only treated guests to an acrobatic Lion Dance performance but also showcased young talent in the form of the cheerleading team from Catholic High School Petaling Jaya (or SMJK Katholik).

By engaging these students to provide their cheer leading spirit for the event, Bon Estates showed it support for young talent as well as their fund raising efforts to participate in an international cheerleading event.

“We have supported local talent on many occasions here at the Bon Estates Sales Gallery, but we are particularly happy to support these young students this time around. If it will help give them the drive and confidence to compete on an international stage, then we consider this a very good cause indeed,” said Bon Estates managing director Goh Soo Sing.

He added that guests at the event were also invited to contribute generously to the young cheerleading team’s ambitions.

Goh explained that Bon Estates’ support of talent and artistry is very much in line with the company’s ideology as it believes modern developers should move away from simply being providers of space and become craftsmen who shape meaningful lifestyles. With this in mind, it has adopted the tagline: “Living, Well Crafted”.

“Investing in the next generation is also extremely important to us. This can be seen at our flagship project, The Estate, where considerable effort has been placed on creating an environment that nurtures the youth, and provides a healthy and active ambience for families,” Goh said.

The Estate is a 328-unit highrise luxury development that offers spacious homes designed with the family in mind. The location overlooks the majestic Bukit Gasing Forest Park and benefits from the excellent connectivity and convenient public transportation solutions that South Bangsar provides.

Highlighting design cues that are modern and contemporary with clean lines, the project is also infused with evergreen elements that give it timeless appeal. It is a low density development with a strong emphasis on family-centric facilities that promote holistic living.

For example, the landscaped area occupies 70% of the land mass and showcases luxury cabanas, a resort themed lobby and a beautiful tea garden artistically fashioned by landscape architect Seksan Design.

The development has also transformed an existing retention pond into a beautiful 300m lake walk where residents can enjoy morning and evening strolls.

Targeting mid-sized and growing families that appreciate a healthy green ambience despite being at the heart of an urban centre, units range between 2,346sq ft and 3,110sq ft. This is a rarity in Bangsar South, where the residential landscape is currently dominated by smaller units.

Adding value to appeal is the fact that The Estate is designed to be an energy efficient green building, tapping into the desire of modern day dwellers to reduce their carbon footprint and live more eco-consciously.

“The dynamics of house buying behaviour is changing and we at Bon Estates embrace this. We see that pride of ownership is intrinsically connected to a quality of life that is wholesome, healthy and people-centric,” said Goh.

In addition to good food and performances provided at the event, guests had the opportunity to get a feel of the lifestyle on offer at The Estate via the experiential tour that the Bon Estates’ Sales Gallery has been designed to provide.

Extensively decked out, the multi-storey building utilises visual presentations and “touch and feel” displays the high quality materials used to give property seekers vivid insight into the appeal of The Estate. Guests can also visit fully-fitted show units complete with tasteful interior design.

“Our message is that building well-designed homes and spaces help people live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives. This can be achieved by creating long-lasting and sustainable homes that are design conscious without compromising on comfort and practicality,” said Goh.
