Renowned Feng Shui consultant Dato’ Joey Yap returns to Bön Estates to offer insights on Harnessing Your Best Fortune In 2018

15 January, BANGSAR – In a sequel to last year’s successful presentation on the positive Feng Shui highlights of The Estate @ South Bangsar, renowned author and expert on Chinese Metaphysical studies Dato’ Joey Yap made an encore appearance to BÖN Estates to offer fresh insights on how to “Harness Your Best Fortune In 2018”.

At a special night hosted at the BÖN Estates Gallery in Bangsar on January 11th, Dato’ Yap and his team of experts shared secrets on how to pursue harmony, maximise ‘Qi’ and create balanced energy flow in the living environment with over 100 guests at the fully booked out event.

Explaining that the home was ideal place to start when it comes to harmonising the flow of ‘Qi’ energy around you, Yap offered enlightening tips on applying the art of Feng Shui at home as well as a guide on how to best capitalise on metaphysical knowledge as we approach the Lunar New Year of the Dog.

The event also saw Dato’ Yap participate in a BÖN Estates-styled Lou Hei (or Lau Sang) session to kick off the New Year, while three lucky guests were given an additional treat in the form of his latest book, Feng Shui For Homebuyers: Apartment. Given that many of the guests were buyers at The Estate, this was a particularly auspicious New Year gift.

Pleased to have hosted Dato’ Yap once again, BÖN Estates Managing Director Goh Soo Sing said the company’s continued partnership with the celebrated Feng Shui practitioner was very much in line with its own outlook of creating a balanced and harmonious living environment for home seekers.

“With a strong commitment to delivering a wholesome ‘Good Living’ experience to modern home seekers, BÖN Estates Sdn Bhd has put tremendous focus on crafting spaces that connect with people through balance, harmony, artistry and emotive appeal,” said Goh.

He said great care has been applied to create a balance of influences at its flagship development The Estate, by blending a modern address with timeless design, an inner-city location with serene surrounding greenery, and exciting facilities with relaxing shared spaces that foster community bonds.

“We understand that comfort, lifestyle value and peace of mind are key ingredients that provide dwellers with a vital sense of belonging. For many, that sense of comfort and peace comes with a lifestyle that scores well both on the physical as well as metaphysical scale, which is why we are honoured to have such an iconic Feng Shui expert and celebrated author to speak to our customers,” Goh added.

In his assessment of The Estate last year, Dato’ Yap revealed that the project boasts a fortuitous location that attracts considerable positive “Qi”. He said that home owners there could also look forward to multigenerational prosperity and health.

This year, Dato’ Yap delved deeper into specific aspects of the home and metaphysical solutions that can help improve fortune, health and wealth in the year ahead.

In addition to enjoying valued Feng Shui consultation, visitors also had the opportunity to tour the extensively furnished Bön Estates Gallery, an outstanding facility that offers an interactive experience to those who wish to know more about the company’s multi-award-winning lifestyle proposition as well as the quality, technology and design ideology that shapes the BÖN Estates development philosophy.
