SUBANG JAYA, 4 August – Unlike the regular bidding campaigns in the property market, Andaman has marked a significant move in its marketing strategy by launching the Andaman GRAB House @ RM 1 campaign, which starts today and will run until 31 December 2016.
Andaman GRAB House @ RM 1 campaign features the first and only property campaign in Malaysia that provides participants a chance to purchase a unit of property at RM1 only. Andaman has engaged Wonderlist as the platform to run this campaign. Participants are required to download and sign up with Wonderlist App in their mobile, click like on a particular Facebook page, then enter a lucky number ranged between 1 and 99,999 to join the campaign. The campaign is absolutely free, no registration fee or hidden cost imposed! It is opened to all Malaysian with 18 years old and above.
“One must earn points by sharing Andaman GRAB House @ RM 1 campaign via Facebook. Each point will allow one entry, and there are no limits to how many times a participant can enter a lucky number as long as they have the required points” said Managing Director of Andaman, Dato’ Sri Dr. Vincent Tiew. The campaign is designed to be user-friendly, and everyone can easily share with others as long as there is a mobile with an internet connection.
Participants that match the lucky numbers pre-determined by organizer will be notified and called upon to join the grand lucky draw final which will take place in January 2017.
The grand lucky draw winner will be entitled to walk away with a unit of his or her dream home of ARC @ Austin Hills, JB at the price of RM1 only. This unit is a 650 sq. ft. 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom freehold serviced apartment worth RM302,500 come with 2-carpark. The project is no doubt in a prime location which is adjoining the Austin Heights Golf & Hotel Resort and 17 minutes away from CIQ and will be completed in the second half of 2019.
According to Dato’s Sri Dr. Vincent Tiew, Andaman will be giving out 10 units of Ice Watch monthly, each worth RM379 to random winners who had shared the campaign to encourage and reward their participants throughout the 5 months campaign period.
