NUSAJAYA, Dec 17 — Afiniti Medini, the urban wellness concept development in Medini North and located strategically between Legoland and Gleaneagles Hospital, is on track to be completed by year-end.
Pulau Indah Ventures Sdn Bhd General Manager Roslina Arbak said construction of the project, which is anchored by five components, was already 90% complete.
The five components are residential, Somerset serviced apartments, wellness centre, CIMB Leadership Academy and retail space.
“Only 51,000 sq feet of office space is left to be let out and we are talking to several parties right now. We will only take on those who can complement what we are offering now,” she told reporters during a guided tour of Afiniti Medini on Wednesday.
As for the 147 residential units, Roslina said they were sold via balloting process in June 2013 and the houses would be handed over to the owners in March.
Meanwhile, the Somerset serviced apartments, which comprises 310 rooms, would be in operations in the first week of February, she added.
Afiniti Medini is developed by Pulau Indah Ventures, a 50:50 joint venture between Khazanah Nasional Bhd and Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd.
