A Movie Day Out With IJM Land

KUALA LUMPUR, 15 January:  IJM LAND treated 800 homeowners of Bandar Rimbayu homes to a chilled out Sunday watching ‘Monster Trucks’ at GSC Cinemas.

The property developer that values togetherness and unity in a community gave homeowners of the premier township a chance to be #rimbayutogethergather with loved ones and their neighbours at the exclusive event.

Starring Lucas Till, Jane Levy and Amy Ryan, the science fiction and animation film revolve around the unlikely friendship of high school senior Tripp and a strange, but cute monster called Creech.

The event kicked off at 10.30am, with the arrival of the guests and their loved ones, excited to watch the show. After registration, the guests have seen mingling before proceeding to the cinema hall. The highly anticipated event continued with a video of Bandar Rimbayu that revealed the progress and future of the nature-centric township.

“Bandar Rimbayu has come a long way with the completion of four phases of the township, namely Chimes, Perennia, Periwinkle and Scarlet. Each with its unique feature, we have handed over more than 1000 house units.”

“With a vision to bring back the good old days of simple living and being close to nature, Bandar Rimbayu strives to build close knitted communities, which is why we host many events throughout the year such as the Rimbayu Periwinkle House Warming, Rimbayu Mid-Autumn Celebration, Big Fun Day and Happy Family Day. We also reach out to the larger community through activities such as IJM LAND Designer Award, held last year,” said Bandar Rimbayu’s Chief Operating Officer, Shuy Eng Leong.

The New Year movie treat to homeowners is a prelude to many more exciting events to come, including the Chinese New Year Celebration on 12 February, Bandar Rimbayu’s  #runwithme on 9 July and much more.
