Platinum Victory Executive Director, Gan Yee Hin said that the company is pleased to work hand in hand with the Federal Territory Ministry in providing affordable housing to the public in the city under its RUMAWIP (Rumah Wilayah Persekutuan) scheme especially for those who are first-time home buyers, as the price of each unit is fixed at RM300,000 for both projects.

‘In view of this, we at Platinum Victory has initiated our own branding for all our affordable housing projects under the brand name VISTA Essential Homes by Platinum Victory. The reason why we decided to have this brand is because of the projects that we offer is on par, if not better than the rest out there. Our facilities for VISTA Wirajaya and VISTA Wirajaya 2 are comparable to the condominium facilities.’ Gan explained.

He further elaborated that VISTA Wirajaya and VISTA Wirajaya 2 were over-subscribed as much as three times the units offered ever since they open for registration in the RUMAWIP website in August 2017.

The fact that both these projects are situated about 200 metres to the Taman Melati LRT station and walking distance to Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) has made it very attractive to many buyers.

He also mentioned that those who have registered for VISTA Wirajaya and VISTA Wirajaya 2 in the RUMAWIP website but have yet to get their approval letters will be on the waiting list.

On the same note, Gan said that RUMAWIP registrants should also look at another of its project nearby called VISTA Langkawi which is located along Jalan Langkawi, Setapak that has all the convenience of city living with loads of amenities nearby like hospital, LRT station, bus stops and shops.

‘With a built-up of 926 sq feet per unit, it is the largest size available in the KL market for RUMAWIP scheme which is quite unheard of,’ Gan clarified.

Moving forward, VISTA Essential Homes by Platinum Victory will have more launches to come as the company is very committed in supporting the affordable housing initiatives by the Government as a premier community developer.
