15 July, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing’s freehold M Centura development in Sentul drew a blistering response from home seekers as 90% of its units (from 2 blocks) has been taken up, with the 2 and 4-bedroom units (646 sq ft and 1,001 sq ft) fully sold out. There are still some limited 3-bedroom units (850 sq ft) currently available for last-minute buyers who want to grab the opportunity to own a piece of this affordable luxury freehold residential development.

M Centura also provides direct shuttle bus service to the nearest LRT and MRT stations. Nearby public transportation infrastructures include Sentul Timur LRT Station (2.4km away), as well as 3 KTM stations which are the Sentul, Kampung Batu and Batu Kentonmen around 2.5-3.5km away.

In addition, M Centura will include an Olympic-length swimming pool, wading pool, dual floating gym, co-working space, laundry bar and many more on one acre which was set aside for facilities. The development is designed to incorporate eco-friendly concepts such as vertical planting and tree preservation, rainwater harvesting, electric vehicle charging stations and centralised garbage disposal system. The residential project also provides privacy and secured environment with multi-tiered security which includes guard house visitor control, lift-lobby access control, perimeter fencing, and also community application for the ease of communication.

Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang said, “The strong take-up rates of the M Centura shows that there is still a large market demand for affordable housing in Malaysia with the right pricing, location and amenities. M Centura has a strategic location in Kuala Lumpur and comes with wide array of facilities to cater to the demand of home buyers today who want total convenience.”

“The recent extension of the Home Ownership Campaign to December 2019 also means that home buyers can continue to enjoy the incentives given by the government. We hope that home buyers will take this opportunity to grab the remaining 10% units of M Centura while they still can.”
