Refurbished Klang Parade Mall to be Open By December 2013
Jul 31, 2013

Klang Parade, one of the pioneer shopping malls in Klang, was purchased by ARA Asia Dragon Fund in 2012 and has recently closed for refurbishment. Once the mall re-opens, it will be a one-stop suburban mall and entertainment hub for the greater community of Klang.

In addition to the new features added to the long-standing shopping mall - an attractive facade, exciting signage and upgraded amenities - there will also be two new Atriums, North and West, which adds extra dimension to the existing space. The additional Atriums will allow for more natural light within the mall vicinity and enhance shoppers’ accessibility from the Level 2 retail floor all the way to Level 5 in both the North and West Atriums.

According to ARA Senior Manager (Asset Management), June Lim, “this refurbishment is in line with current lifestyle trends in Klang, as it will enable the popular mall to become more vibrant, and to be the shopping destination for the Klang community”. The renovation is scheduled to be completed during the last quarter of 2013.

Apart from the changes to the mall’s overall design and layout, there will also be some impressive new tenants as the mall management has secured some big names in retail and entertainment. There are still retail spaces available.
