Located in a tropical reserve within the well-established area of Seri Kembangan is the 92-acre Alam Sanctuary. Phase 1 and 2 of Alam Sanctuary are already sold out, leaving only the new Phase 3 available for investors and housebuyers alike. Launched in August 2009, Phase 3 has two types of homes to choose from - the semi-detached Sanduri and superlink Ukulele. All of the houses come with final titles issued.
The double-storey Sanduri semi-detached homes have spacious built-up of 3,227 sq ft on land areas of 40ft x 80ft. Built with minimal fuss in mind for potential owners, the Sanduri homes are equipped with autogate system, air-conditioning points with piping for bedrooms, as well as shower screens and counter tops for bathrooms. Square porcelain tiles are used for the living, dining, foyer and dry kitchen. A total of 81 units of Ukulele homes are available during the launch.

Only a half-hour away from Kuala Lumpur and 15 minutes to Puchong, Sri Petaling and Bukit Jalil prime areas, Alam Sanctuary is surrounded by numerous amenities catering to everyday needs. To name a few there is the Jusco shopping mall, Selangor wholesale market, Alice Smith International School, Royal Selangor Equestrian Academy, Serdang Hospital as well as lifestyle retail outlets. Giant hypermarket is coming soon in the vicinity.
Access to the township is served by seven major highways which are the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), ELITE Highway, SILK Highway, KL-Seremban Highway, South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), BESRAYA Highway and Sungai Besi-Puchong Highway.
As of press time, purchasers of the new Phase 3 of Alam Sanctuary can enjoy free legal fees for Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and a free one year s security fee. Bumiputeras are entitled to a seven per cent discount.
