KEYS Lakeside Residence

Lakeside Residences is Glomac’s highly successful flagship integrated residential project in Puchong, Selangor. Spanning 188 acres, the development boost a total estimated GDV of RM4.0 billion and is flourishing with a growing and vibrant residential community.


Strategically located near Puchong’s bustling commercial hub, Lakeside Residences offers easy access via major highways such as KESAS, LDP, Bukit Jalil Highway, and the North-South Expressway (PLUS). It is surrounded by a wealth of established amenities, including Tesco Puchong, IOI Mall, Binary University College, Sunway University and Columbia Asia Medical Centre. Connectivity is further enhanced by the Ampang LRT line extension, completed in early 2016.


In 2023, Glomac unveiled Lakeside Boulevard II, a new phase of 49 shop offices (2,600 sq ft each) with a total estimated GDV of RM81 million. The initial phase of Lakeside Boulevard, comprising 43 shop offices with a total estimated GDV of RM64 million, was fully sold by the end of July 2022.
Total launches at Lakeside Residences, which include double- storey and 21/2-storey terrace houses as well as shop offices, have a combined total estimated GDV of RM641 million and achieved overall sales of 90% at the end of April 2023. The Integrated Residential Development spans a substantial 188-acre area and boasts a total estimated GDV of RM4.0 billion. This comprehensive project includes a mix of terrace houses, semi-Ds, and shop offices, all contributing to a launched GDV of RM885 million.
