TAHPS Group Bhd

The Ayer Hitam Planting Syndicate Limited was incorporated on 15 March 1907 under the Companies Enactment, 1897. The company cultivated rubber on the Bukit Hitam Estate in Selangor.  On 28 March 1961, the company was listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

In its centenary year, the company adopted its new name, TAHPS Group Berhad. The company is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm and rubber and investment holding. The principal activities of the subsidiaries comprise property development,  property management services and cultivation of oil palm.
