Multi Midvest Sdn Bhd (Multi Midvest) was established in the year 2002 as a private limited Company under the Act 1965 and incorporated in the state of Sabah. Since our humble beginnings more than 10 years, the Company has transformed to be a property developer in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Being a property developer, we focus to provide a property having quality modern design with comfort space in the affordable price and the most important is to provide a safety and nature environment for the purchaser to enjoy life time with their family.

Taman Pertama is the first development project of Multi Midvest enters into property developer. This project is strategically located in the boomtown, Penampang District. The whole development of project has a total site area 21.805 acres and there is atleast 3 acres reserve for landscape purpose.
